WARNINGS
The Party Barn and Wit's End Ranch are a country setting complete with bugs, dirt & changing weather conditions. When visiting wear casual, comfortable clothing and close-toed shoes. Please no pets! We are a drug (includes tobacco and alcohol) free facility.

To Hold Event Date:
To book an Event at The Party Barn, a 50 % deposit of the amount of "Party" is required, as well as a signed Contract and Release of Liability.

Smoking:
The Party Barn and Wit's End Ranch are smoke free facilities.

Alcohol:
The Party Barn and Wit's End Ranch are alcohol free facilities.

Rules:

1. Guests do NOT chase or pick up animals
2. Guests eat only in picnic areas
3. Guests do not enter the animal pens
